Rules & Guidelines
To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone, please take note of the following rules:
Reservation Policy: A non-refundable reservation fee of 1,000 (one thousand) pesos is required to reserve your slot. No reservation fee, no confirmed slot.
Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable reservation fee of "500 pesos for the Light Package", "1,000 pesos for the Basic Package", and "2,000 pesos for the Grand Package" is required to reserve your slot. No reservation fee, no confirmed slot.
Punctuality Reminder: Clients must arrive on time for their scheduled appointments. Being 15 minutes late will result in the automatic cancellation of the session without a refund or rescheduling.
Graduation Attire & Regalia: Studio CNA will provide the Toga, Cap, Barong, and Filipinana for your session. Bring your own any additional personal formal/corporate outfits you wish to use. The allocated time already includes fitting, gown adjustments, and outfit changes.
Hair & Make-up: Hair & Make-up are only included in the Grand Package. For the Grand Package, please make sure to arrive 1-2 hours before your scheduled shoot for professional make-up and hair preparation to ensure we start your session on time.
